In order to meet the specific requirements of each client, KSSI will develop reports to fit each clients needs. Additional reports developed by KSSI will be provided to all customers with a current maintenance and support agreement as they become available.

The application software includes data conversion programs to load the following data:

• Segments
• Lists
• Segment Types, Groups, and Codes
• List Types & Groups
• Prior mailing plans including mailed segments and keys
• Actual key performance data for prior mailings

KSSI will provide easy to use file templates for conversion data preparation. If customer desires, KSSI will run and execute all conversion programs to load customer data into the Promotion Planning & Analysis system.

The purchase of the Promotion Planning & Analysis system license includes one (1) year of software maintenance and support. Support begins once all server and client software have been installed and are operational. Support includes regular patches and updates to the software. Updates will include bug fixes, additional reporting, and enhanced features.

Maintenance is billed annually on the anniversary date of original installation of the Promotion Planning & Analysis software.

The purchase of the Promotion Planning & Analysis software license includes 1 week (40 hours) of on-site user training sessions. Unused training hours may be used at a later date or exchanged for customization / development hours.
